The Yes You Can Do It! Club would like to extend a warm thank you to all of the members that have joined thus far, as well as to our talented columnists from "The World Magazine," for their support and invaluable contributions to the Club.
This is only the beginning! We believe that, by July 1, 2008, we will have from 5 to 10 million members from over 220 countries; this is due, largely, to our team of people helping us to gather members from all across the internet, and across the globe.
"The Childrens International Foundation," has recently been incorporated as a non-profit corporation of which I, Bill Rogers, will serve as Founder and Chairman, and will be sponsored by the Yes You Can Do It! Club. We will be asking for volunteers to help their local children's homes in any way they can; we will soon give volunteers necessary information to do so. I have personally spent over forty years working with 3 different children's homes in the Texas Area.
The Foundation is also developing a children's course in entrepreneurship, taught and managed in the likeness of a classic LEMONADE STAND. These stands will be owned and managed by children from across the globe, featuring not only lemonade, but other cold drinks, fruits, and snacks as well. This venture will teach the participants the skills necessary in becoming a successful entrepreneur. The LEMONADE STAND concept will teach children the importance of location, profit and loss accounting principles, marketing techniques, and other, real-life business strategies. These LEMONADE STANDS will be financed through grants received from major corporations. The Foundation will also support other childrens needs in the future.
