Though I have become much more the Chef of food for thought on health due to my 2500 + hours of research, I do have a bit of food for thought on food today.
First things first! I want you all to go and empty-out or drive the gas out of your vehicles and then come back into the house and find any kind of liquid that you can fill your tank back up with. Sounds idiotic doesn’t it? Well, that is because it is idiotic. Yet this is exactly what we are doing to our bodies.
Our vehicles are made to run on gas or diesel fuel. Our bodies are designed to run on, get a load of this — not food, but what is supposed to be in the food we eat. Today’s food consumption is akin to taking-in everything but what our bodies depend upon for the proper connective physiological processes, and these need to take place for our survival.
The body is miraculously orchestrated to systematically operate on enzymes; the factory workers in our system, amino acids; to generate and regenerate cells, Oxygen; which is the supply used in each individual cells furnace, water; in proper quantity as well as quality (to purify and replenish daily usage), Minerals; to keep our structure solid and in proper pH balance (much like a swimming pool), and Vitamins to enhance our bodies' proper function. Oh, and anti-oxidants to fight off the free-radicals we are assaulted with daily, that kill millions of our cells every minute.
Here’s a fact for you: 100 million cells are replaced every second of every day of every week of every month of each year. WOW, Even I am dumbstruck, but it is the truth.
Three very important factors all centurions have in common are:
1. proper cellular oxygen levels.
2. A pH balanced blood and body fluids.
3. Low insulin levels.
Now it is time for you to digest this food for thought on food… Bon a petit!
